What's included in my vendor fee?

Your fee covers your assigned outdoor vendor space and community promotion. All vendors are responsible for bringing their own tent, table, chairs, fans, cooling towels, water, and any other supplies needed to stay comfortable outdoors. Premium vendors also receive priority placement, a dedicated social media shoutout, and logo placement on the digital event flyer.

Do I need to bring my own tent and chairs?

Yes! All vendor spaces are outdoors, so we ask every vendor to come fully prepared. Please bring: a pop-up tent, your own table and chairs, a battery-powered fan, cooling towels, plenty of cold water, and sunscreen. Houston heat is real — we want you comfortable and ready to shine all event long! 🌞

What time can I set up?

Vendor space opens at 11:00 AM — that's your time to set up, get cozy, and get ready to welcome the community! Please be fully set up by 11:45 AM. The event runs 12:00–4:00 PM and breakdown begins right after close.

Is my registration spot guaranteed?

Absolutely! Once your payment goes through, your spot is locked in. You'll get a warm welcome email within 24 hours with all your event details, space assignment, and everything you need to show up ready.

What is the refund/cancellation policy?

We totally understand that life happens! Cancellations made 7 or more days before the event will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 7 days of the event are non-refundable, but you're always welcome to transfer your spot to another vendor at no charge.

Can I come back every month?

We would LOVE that! This is a monthly event and we are always happy to welcome back familiar faces. Premium vendors get first right of refusal for the following month. Just reach out after the event and we'll get you set up for the next one. 💛

Where exactly is the event located?

The May event is at Fonde Community Center in Houston, TX. Once you register, your confirmation email will include the full address, parking details, and your assigned vendor space info. See you there!
